In Reflection of 2009

As I look back upon the year, it is with a synergy of excitement, anticipation, gratitude and joy. There has been so many changes to my life, which I have been responsible for as I have taken charge of life and began moving towards my goals and dreams.

What a wonderful growth year 2009 has been with comparison to past years which were not so fulfilling for me.

A startling revelation was the realisation just this past week, when I was cleaning out some kitchen drawers and found some old medicine prescriptions… all unfilled! I realised that it had been nearly 10 months since I had last visited my local doctor for either prescription renewals or an ailment! This totally floored me!!

I can never remember a time when I was not continually sick and visiting a Doctor. I was a sickly child with allergies and asthma along with joint conditions and 7 years ago diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteo arthritis.

With my 48th birthday approaching next month, I have never felt fitter, healthier, less stressed and more excited about life.

The ONLY thing I have done different the past year was add Vemma to my daily diet. I can confidently say, that my good health of 2009 has to be due to Vemma.

There will NEVER, EVER, EVER not be Vemma in my home.

2010 is looking fabulous as is the rest of my life. Thank you Vemma for giving me my health back and revitalising my entire life!
