‘The Secret’ had given me the ‘why’ but what I then need was the ‘how’.

Debt Recovery – How not to Damage Client Relationships $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
With 8 years experience as a Legal P.A. and Office Manager back in the ’80’s and ’90’s I was fortunate to learn much about the legal system and recovery procedures.
Unfortunately, there are many businesses, who are very succesful in what they do, but just simply can’t (or don’t like to) chase their debts. I guess it’s just not one of the more pleasant jobs in the office. In saying this, it is imperative that it is done correctly i.e. professionally and with courtesy – client customer relationships must NEVER be damaged. Treating your clients without respect or compassion will get you nowhere!
Since the early 2000’s, one of my ’streams of income’ has been to help businesses recover their debts.
My method in doing this is not rocket science – it’s all in ‘people handling’.
I strongly believe that ‘the Boss’ shouldn’t wear too many hats i.e. play ‘good cop/bad cop’. He or she just should keep doing what they do best!
I can proudly say, that to date, I have a 100% success rate. I have written papers and procedures and have even been fortunate enough to have one of my papers published in the Dental Magazine of Australia publication in 2004.
